To submit a warranty claim, include a brief description, proof of purchase, and clear .JPEG photos (including soles) via our Contact Us form.
The following details are required for all warranty claim submissions:
- Provide a short message describing the issue and where you purchased your product.

Please attach clear photos of the defect, including:
- Close-ups of the issue from multiple angles
- Photos of the soles (bottoms)
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number
The Contact Us form allows up to five attachments, so be sure to include all necessary files and upload images as .JPEG files, as we’re unable to open .HEIC files.
